Chandler property with new floor store sold for $7M

Real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of a net-leased Floor & Decor property in Chandler for $7 million, according to a news release.

Located at 1901 E. Northrop Blvd., the newly constructed, 65,056-square-foot Floor & Decor store opened in August and is secured by a 20-year absolute triple-net ground lease.

The property is situated on 6.33 acres, adjacent to Chandler Municipal Airport.

“We’re seeing increased demand from buyers for quality net-lease assets,” stated Nick Christifulli, associate director of investments. “With alternative investment returns diminishing and recent rate cuts, we anticipate 2026 to be a strong year in the net-lease investment space.”

The seller was a Delaware LLC and the buyer’s an Arizona LLC, the release states.
