Buckeye police announced they have put a suspect behind bars after an investigation revealed he sexually assaulted an adult victim who has a cognitive disability.
The suspect, identified my police as 63-year-old Sergio Morales, was arrested yesterday at his home in Buckeye.
According to police, on October 1, 2022, Buckeye police received a report that the victim had been sexually assaulted after leaving home the night before to take a walk near 4th Street and Centre Ave.
