Elected leaders, stakeholders and staff from the city of Apache Junction joined 29th Street Living at the grand opening of Verge — its new build-to-rent community — with a ribbon cutting and private celebration.
The new community is having strong early leasing activity, with all residential buildings now complete and open to residents, according to a release.
Verge, a 201-unit build-to-rent community, introduces a new rental option to the East Valley, offering homes paired with amenities that emphasize connection, flexibility and modern living.
