Variances have been approved to allow a reduction in the minimum required lot area for the construction of a detached accessory garage and a reduction to the minimum side yard setback from 10 feet to 4 feet for an existing single-family home in unincorporated Pinal County near Apache Junction.
The Pinal County Board of Adjustment and Appeals on Sept. 24 voted unanimously to approve the variances for the undersized lot northwest of East Sagebrush Street and North Sixshooter Road.
Aubrie Bingham requested the variances on behalf of property owner Kyle Jaramillo.
