Two $161K SRO agreements approved by Apache Junction council

Grant-funded school resource officer agreements of more than $161,000 each for two charter schools were approved recently by the Apache Junction City Council.

The council voted unanimously Sept. 1 to approve the one-year professional services agreements as part of a consent agenda with other items.

Councilmember Bryan Soller made the motion to approve the consent agenda including that the two SRO agreements be retroactive to July 1.
