Pipeline AZ, an Arizona career development and job skills exploration platform, has launched an enhanced Central Arizona College dashboard to address the evolving needs of students, job seekers and employers statewide.

The dashboard is designed to streamline the career exploration and planning processes through a personalized experience unique to the needs of students, according to a release.

It offers a step-by-step guide, supporting students throughout their academic journey from enrollment to program completion, and ultimately into the workforce. It brings a variety of new features, ensuring that students have access to a comprehensive toolset aimed at simplifying their career planning experience.

CAC students and Pinal County job seekers of any age and experience can connect with employers at cac.pipelineaz.com.

“Pinal County is a connection point for Phoenix and Tucson, and the crossroads of major rail and roadways that connect supply chains from California, Texas, and Mexico, putting us in a unique position geographically and strategically,” Nicole Costales, director of advising at Central Arizona College, said in the release. “Developers are recognizing the region’s potential and choosing to invest in the community. The success of this shift relies on the career awareness and growth opportunities available to students as they enter the job market.”

The CAC Pipeline is designed to better equip students to seamlessly craft their desired educational and career pathways.

“In the dynamic landscape of Pinal County’s workforce, the CAC Pipeline operates as a crucial nexus connecting talent to opportunity amidst significant regional trends like a notable surge in the manufacturing sector,” Andrew Clegg, executive director of career and workforce training for Central Arizona College, said in the release.

“Aligning the growing workforce with employment opportunities presents a unique challenge, and the CAC Pipeline plays a pivotal role in shaping a robust and responsive workforce, facilitating employment connections tailored to the specific demands of Pinal County’s evolving economic landscape,” Clegg said.

“This updated user-focused experience makes it easier than ever for students to explore different careers, and take intentional action towards accomplishing their career goals,” Katherine Adams, senior vice president of Pipeline AZ, said in the release. “The dashboard integrates education and industry for over 155,000 Arizona students, job seekers, and employers across Maricopa, Yavapai, Coconino, Pinal, and Yuma Counties, allowing students to outline career paths aligned with their aspirations and the needs of their local economy.”
