Olson: Vote 'no' on Apache Junction school district's Proposition 432, 433

Everyone can't afford the Proposition 432 bond or Proposition 433 override from the Apache Junction Unified School District.
As a senior citizen living on social security, my taxes would go up to nearly $300 a year more for a modest four-room home over 20 years old. This tax will hurt retired folks and those who rent will find their rental going up to meet the costs too.
We have some good schools. They can do the job of education without frills or extra activities.
As an Apache Junction taxpayer, I hope folks send in that paper ballot "no" for Proposition 423 and 433.
