The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board is set to vote Wednesday on a request for a site plan review for the residential component of the planned Medina Station development.
The meeting takes place at 4 p.m. April 9 at 57 E. First St.
The request was made by applicant Reese Anderson of Pew & Lake PLC, on behalf of site owner Bela Flor Holdings LLC. The applicant is requesting a site plan review for a 353-unit multiple residence development, according to board documents. The site is about 775 feet east of the southeast corner of South Signal Butte Road and East Southern Avenue.
