Nick the Greek Souvlaki and Gyro House will open a location at 3757 S. Gilbert Road, Gilbert, in the Crossroads Towne Center. It is a Greek food restaurant chain out of California with locations in seven states, including one in Phoenix. It serves, pitas, plates, bowls, salads and sides. No opening date has been announced. www.nickthegreek.com
