Carpenter: How can builder come up with millions of dollars for land auction?

I’ve been watching the stories on the auctioned property.

It just blew me away, the amount that was agreed upon.

I’ve never known any builder that could possibly come up with that kind of money.

Carpenter: How can builder come up with millions of dollars for land auction?

I’ve been watching the stories on the auctioned property.

It just blew me away, the amount that was agreed upon.

I’ve never known any builder that could possibly come up with that kind of money.

And now it looks like they’re going to try and make the property owners pay for the infrastructure.

Good luck for everyone involved.

I’m still curious how a builder can come up with that many million.
