A block party will be held Saturday, April 27, at Blossom Rock at Superstition Vistas, a Brookfield Properties master-planned community in Apache Junction. Models and homes starting at $400,000 are offered by Brookfield Residential, David Weekley Homes, Lennar, Pulte Homes and Tri Pointe Homes.

Blossom Rock at Superstition Vistas is near Ray Road and Ironwood Drive at 10075 Dutchman Drive. It is part of the first phase of the long-planned Superstition Vistas master plan that will reshape the Southeast Valley, according to a release.

Guests attending Bloom at Blossom Rock’s The Ultimate Block Party are invited to enjoy the inaugural Bubbles & Brews, free live music, multiple food trucks — including barbecue, tacos and sweet treats — all while touring 15 new model homes, which will open for the first time to the public at the 10 a.m-3 p.m. block party April 27.

During Bloom the Ultimate Block Party, guests are encouraged to park at the crossroads of Ray Road and Blossom Rock Trail and then hop on one of the free shuttles that will stop at each of the four parks of Blossom Rock. Each park will offer a unique floral photo opportunity, music, food and memorable experiences to discover Life at Blossom Rock, the release states.

Blossom Rock homebuilders are offering a wide range of architectural designs and floor plans to fit a variety of lifestyles. The home styles include Spanish Colonial, Territorial Ranch, Craftsman/Bungalow, Traditional Southwest, Contemporary Farmhouse, Desert Prairie and Modern West, the release states.

“(W)e’re excited to host families interested in Blossom Rock for a memorable day filled with music, food, family and dog-friendly activities, and beautiful homes,” Dea McDonald, president of Brookfield Properties development Arizona, land and housing, said in the release. “Blossom Rock is tailored to a variety of homebuyers, from newlyweds and families with young children, all the way to empty nesters. The community has been purposefully designed to be inclusive; something todays homebuyers are seeking.”

Starting at Blossom Rock’s public Painted Sky Park, visitors on April 27 can take free country line dancing classes prior to watching a live performance by country variety band Honeygirl, which features music by Kira Brown. Guests are also invited to enjoy the city of Apache Junction Parks & Rec’s activations including lawn games, bookmobile, plus see a SWAT vehicle or climb on a fire truck.

The second stop on the tour is Goldstone Park, where guests can experience Life at Blossom Rock and lounge with the community life team. This is also the location for the inaugural Bubbles & Brews where there are bubbles for kids and sipping for the adults. Bubbles & Brews is a pop-up experience by Handlebar Pub & Grill and purchases will benefit local charities. Must be 21 and over to purchase alcohol.

Guests can head to Cave Trail Park for a build-your-own succulent garden available for the first 400 guests. There will also be a professional photographer to take free family photos at the flower arch perfectly framing the Superstition Mountains in the backdrop, the release states.

The final stop is Painted Sky Park East, which is near the future home of Great Hearts Academies, a charter school. Great Hearts is planning to open its newest academy at Blossom Rock in Fall 2026.

Great Hearts officials will be on hand to answer questions. This is also where dog lovers can meet and greet future adoptable pups and enjoy a canine couture fashion show courtesy of Lugari Pet Salon. And Steadfast Farm will have their Bloom Bar where the first 400 guests can assemble their own custom floral bouquets.
