In February the City Council approved a contract to hire Swaback Architects and Planners to update the 2010 Downtown Redevelopment Implementation and Strategy document to help guide the future development of downtown Apache Junction.
The first community meeting is 6-7:30 p.m. May 8 at the Apache Junction Multi-generational Center, 1035 N. Idaho Road.
