The Apache Junction Unified School District is offering intersession classes aimed at providing additional support to students who may need extra help with coursework during the Spring Break period.
The intersession classes will be held 8-11 a.m. Monday-Thursday, March 11-14, offering students an opportunity to receive targeted assistance in key subjects. Transportation will be provided for students attending these sessions, according to a release.
Dr. Robert Pappalardo, AJUSD superintendent, expressed his excitement for the program, stating, “At AJUSD, our mission is ‘kids first.’ These intersession classes exemplify our dedication to providing all students in our community with a first-class education. By offering extra support during intersession, we are ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically.”
The classes will be taught by qualified educators who are committed to helping students succeed. Parents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to support their child’s academic growth, the release states.
