Apache Junction council to consider $55K annual HVAC contract

A five-year, $55,000 annual contract for work on city heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems is to be considered at the next meeting of the Apache Junction City Council.

The council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21 in the council chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd., and is to vote on a contract with Evolution Mechanical LLC, dba IMCOR, to provide services and repair to HVAC systems at city of Apache Junction properties for five years in an amount not to exceed $55,000 annually.
