Comparing the first seven months of 2026 with last year, existing single-family home sales rose 5.1% in Greater Phoenix, according to the latest activity data from Phoenix Realtors. At the same time, pending sales held nearly even, down just 0.6%, and new listings dropped 2.8% in the metro area.
The data for the city of Apache Junction shows single-family housing sales were up 26% year-over-year from July 2025 and down 8.3% in Gold Canyon.
The median sales price for homes in Apache Junction is $435,000, which is down 4.9% year-over-year from July 2025; and the average sales price is $501,570, which is down 2.2%.
