At council Oct. 20
Paying Willmeng Construction Inc. more than $463,000 for construction management at risk pre-construction services for a city services expansion project in south Apache Junction will be considered during a meeting in October.
The Apache Junction City Council is to vote on the $463,734 contract at a 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, meeting in the council chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd.
The contractor will attend all meetings, estimate costs and provide a construction schedule, Capital Improvement Plan Program Manager Trina Harrison said during an Oct. 5 council work session.
