Curbing for some stretches of the Apache Trail median is to be constructed as early as February as part of the remaining funded fiscal year 2020-21 road construction and maintenance projects in the city of Apache Junction.
The work is planned for February/March 2021 and is to be paid with Arizona Highway User Revenue Funds monies, said Al Bravo, public information officer for the city.
The curbing will be installed as part of a $307,401.95 contract with Viasun Corp. approved in December by the city council.
