To the Recreation Centers of Sun City West board president, what is your definition of transparency? For me, that translates to providing members with financial information when requested. Instead, residents are told “We are not required to provide that information.”
Providing board members with financial information when requested — a previous board member indicates that when she asked about bids for work done that never was provided.
The manager can sign off on payments of $50,000 or less. Does anyone think that’s crazy? Are there payments structured to avoid board or treasurer approval?
