The Florence Police Department, the town and police volunteers will be holding a bottled water drive this weekend.
The water will go to first responders and people in need as temperatures rise.
The first day of the drive runs from 3- 6 p.m., Friday, May 3. The second day runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 4.
Bottled water will be accepted at the Anthem Parkside Community Center at Merrill Ranch, Florence Police Department and Florence Fire Station No. 2.
