The 16-date spring headlining run stops locally in Tempe on Thursday, May 15 at the Marquee Theatre, a press release stated.
Tickets and various VIP packages are on sale now at www.warrenhaynes.net. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold on this tour will continue to be donated to assist in hurricane relief, according to the release.
Performing alongside Haynes during the tour is the Warren Haynes Band, which consists of longtime drummer Terence Higgins of the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Gov’t Mule bassist Kevin Scott, Matt Slocum on keys and Greg Osby on sax, the release noted.
Million Voices Whisper, which was released Nov. 1 via Fantasy Records, is Haynes’s first solo album in almost a decade and fourth solo collection in his career catalog. It debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Blues Albums Chart and also entered the Americana/Folk Albums chart at No. 3, Current Rock Albums chart at No. 5, and Top Current Albums Sales chart at #No. 9, the release stated.
Haynes also recently announced a partnership with global instrument brand Gibson for the release of Haynes’ first signature guitar, the Gibson Warren Haynes Les Paul Standard. It is available worldwide now.
