Landlords with rental properties in Tempe are invited to an afternoon mixer for opportunities to network, meet with Tempe Housing Authority staff and learn about Housing Voucher Program plans and updates for 2025.

Healthy communities have a diverse mix of housing options for residents and the city is committed to maximizing available rental properties in Tempe while supporting landlord partners, a city release stated.

Tempe’s Landlord Mixer will take place on April 16, from 2:30-4 p.m. at the Tempe History Museum, 809 E. Southern Ave. The first 30 landlords to register for and attend the mixer will receive a free Yeti mug or a leather-bound journal. Light refreshments will be served during the event.

Landlords who participate in the federal Housing Choice Voucher program through THA benefit in many ways. They can:

  • Maximize their rental properties by partnering with the city;
  • Benefit with stable and competitive rental payments;
  • Enhance their rental business by working with the city’s Housing Navigator.
