Tempe hosts final Free Art Friday of the year

Posted

Tempe’s final Free Art Friday of the year will give attendees the opportunity to make a homemade gift for the holidays.

It takes place Friday, Dec. 13, from 9 a.m. to noon at 3340 S. Rural Road.

Free Art Friday is an event for children aged six months to five years and their grownups, a city release stated. Each event's art activities, music, sensory play and decorations are based on a theme that changes each month.

Free Art Friday allows caregivers and their little ones to explore and create together through art projects, imaginative play, music and movement, the release stated.

This program is partially funded by a grant from the Tempe Diablos Charities.
