Tempe Elementary School District is considering adjusting some of our school boundary areas for opening and/or expanding educational opportunities — including a possible K-8 ASPIRE Gifted Academy at Arredondo Elementary School, Early Childhood Center at Carminati Elementary School and Middle School Career Exploration at Fees College Preparatory Middle School.

Tempe Elementary considers adjusting school boundaries for 3 district schools

Tempe Elementary Schools is considering adjusting some of our school boundary areas for opening and/or expanding educational opportunities — including a possible K-8 ASPIRE Gifted Academy at Arredondo Elementary School, Early Childhood Center at Carminati Elementary School and Middle School Career Exploration at Fees College Preparatory Middle School.

Tempe Elementary Schools will host public meetings for those affected by the proposed school boundary changes to hear additional details and provide input, a district release explained. 

All meetings will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Meeting are scheduled for:

  • Jan. 27 – Carminati Elementary School, 4001 S McAllister Ave.
  • Jan. 28 – Fees College Preparatory Middle School, 1600 E Watson Drive
  • Jan. 29 – Arredondo Elementary School, 1330 E Carson Drive.

If school boundary changes are implemented, the Arredondo and Carminati boundaries may change as early as the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year, and the Fees boundary may change as early as the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year, according to the release
