Tempe Care Fair 2025 provides community resources, more

Tempe is hosting its Care Fair 2025, sponsored by Salt River Project, on Saturday, March 29, to celebrate Tempe Health and Human Services Day.

Connect with essential resources, explore volunteer opportunities, and enjoy a fun-filled morning with your community, a city release stated.

This free, family-friendly event offers something for everyone, including:

  • Over 70 nonprofit and City of Tempe resource booths offering services for housing, mental health, education, financial assistance, seniors, hunger, addiction and more;
  • Kid Fun Zone with games, activities and a free balloon artist;
  • Live entertainment throughout the event;
  • Free food and clothing giveaways while supplies last;
  • Opportunities to meet local organizations and discover ways to get involved.

Hosted by Tempe Community Council and the City of Tempe, the event runs from 9 a.m. – noon at the Tempe Community Complex, 3500 S. Rural Road, under the solar-covered parking lot off Southern Avenue.

Nancy Blevins and Alicia Jacobo Kenney, TCC board members and Care Fair co-chairs, said in the release that finding helpful resources for Tempe residents and their families has “never been easier.”

"Care Fair is a fun and engaging event where attendees can explore city of Tempe programs and services from local nonprofits, ask questions and connect with experts — all in a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere," Blevins and Kenney said.
