Superstition Mountain Rotary golf tourney fundraiser in December

The Superstition Mountain Rotary 21st annual charity golf tournament is Saturday, Dec. 18, at Dinosaur Mountain Golf Course at Gold Canyon Golf Resort.

The cost for the event is $160 per player or $640 per team.

“Our golf tournament is one of our major annual fundraiser events. The proceeds benefit a wide number of local area youth and non-profit causes, including AJ Boys & Girls Club, local area food banks, non-profits serving the homeless — as well as a wide range of other local area needs," according to a release.

Revenue from the tourney helped provide more than $12,000 for scholarships, which helped a number of high school seniors proceed with educational goals, the release states.
