Tempe's Sentient Tattoo Collective is hosting an event Dec. 13 to benefit Lost Our Home Rescue in time for the holidays.

Sentient Tattoo Collective is hosting LUCKY13 Cars & Tattoos for a Cause, a community event featuring cars and custom tattoos benefiting a charitable cause.
This event will support Lost Our Home Pet Rescue, a Tempe-based organization dedicated to helping pets and families in need, a press release explained. The theme for the event is “A Nightmare Before Christmas.”
“By supporting Lost Our Home Pet Rescue, Sentient Tattoo Collective is helping to raise funds and awareness for homeless pets in the Tempe area, just in time for the holidays,” the release stated.
Attendees can get a flash tattoo for $130, with 50% of proceeds going directly to Lost Our Home Pet Rescue. There will also be a car show displaying over 100 classic and future classic cars featuring 13 "LUCKY" vehicles.
Additionally, attendees can participate by contributing to the giving tree in the Sentient Tattoo lobby, which showcases pets available for adoption and their holiday wishes, or by donating on a special fundraising website page created by Lost Our Home.
LUCKY13 Cars & Tattoos for a Cause takes place Friday, Dec. 13, at Sentient Tattoo Collective, 227 S. Smith Road, Suite 101. Flash tattoos will take place from noon to 6 p.m., and the car show will be from 6 to 9 p.m.
