After reading your article on Alex Bangash, the Arizona man awaiting extradition from Texas after being arrested there on multiple sexual- and aggravated assault-related charges, I’d like to know — and I believe that media should be required to provide — the name and court of the judge who gave him bond at all.
That many victims should have made him unbondable forever.
I seriously would like to know what court and judge let him out. We elect many judges, so I want to add this judge to my list of who not to vote for and to vote out.
Thank you for reporting on this. As a Tempe resident, this makes my skin crawl.
