Property damage restoration company opens Tempe franchise location

Posted

A service provider dedicated to providing restoration services for homeowners across the country — 1-800 Water Damage — has opened its fifth Arizona franchise location in Tempe.

The property damage restoration company is part of the Belfor Franchise Group family of brands.

The franchise location at 1730 W. 10th Place Suite No. 2 in Tempe opened last month and is owned and operated by Dan Barash and Ed Saavedra. The website is https://www.1800waterdamage.com/tempe-west-chandler

Barash has experience owning businesses and is the co-founder and owner of a dog day care hotel chain based in Los Angeles. Saavedra has similar entrepreneurial ambitions and is looking forward to making a difference in the community through the brand’s impactful services, the release states.

They will be assisted in business development and continued growth by Barash’s partner, Trevor, and Saavedra’s wife, Carmen.

“As Ed and I first began looking into potential business opportunities, we knew we wanted to go into business with a company that would allow us to provide meaningful services to help clients through unusually trying times,” Barash, co-owner of 1-800 Water Damage of Tempe/West Chandler, said in the release. “This, combined with our positive experience meeting with regional business coaches and other brand representatives, made our decision to franchise with 1-800 Water Damage fairly simple. As we begin offering top-notch property restoration services across Tempe, Chandler, and the surrounding areas, we are looking forward to building relationships with homeowners and property owners in need of our services.”

1-800 Water Damage is available 24/7 to answer calls and provide prompt property restoration services, the release states.
