Meet Abigail– Artsy teen draws up perfect family

Posted

Fifteen-year-old Abigail has always dreamed of being a big sister. The nurturing teen says she likes spending time and helping out with younger kids because, “they make me laugh.”

A born helper, Abigail enjoys being part of a family unit and likes to express her love by creating gifts for others. When she was younger, Abigail spent time at a local studio creating bracelets for other girls she lived with at the group home.

Abigail enjoys spending time with her friends, all things arts and crafts, and watching movies. She says she relates to the character Lilo in Disney’s Lilo and Stitch because they both are seeking out friends, family, and acceptance.

Abigail says she would like to join a forever family with either two parents or a single mother. She likes pets and would like to have younger siblings as well. As her recruiter says, “If someone loved her and she knew that – it would be a game changer.”
