Suspect arrested in shooting outside Casey Moore’s Oyster House

A 29-year-old has been arrested in connection with a  Saturday afternoon shooting  outside Casey Moore’s Oyster House in Tempe.

Tempe police  said Dakota Barnes has been charged with  two counts of  aggravated assault and  unlawful discharge of a weapon.

The victim, who was shot in the stomach, remains in stable condition at a hospital.

The shooting, which sent a man in his 30s to a hospital in critical but stable condition, occurred just before 3 p.m. May 3 in the paking lot of the restaurant, 850 S. Ash Ave.
