Kidder Mathews has been selected to manage the Amkor Technologies headquarters in Tempe.

Kidder Mathews Asset Services has been selected by NewStreet Properties to manage the corporate headquarters of Amkor Technologies, located at 2045 E. Innovation Circle in Tempe.
The 97,504-square-foot facility sits within the Arizona State University Research Park, a growing hub for innovation and home to the new Chips for America R&D campus, a press release explained.
Amkor Technologies is one of the world’s largest providers of semiconductor packaging and test services. The company has made a long-term commitment to this headquarters facility and the surrounding community, reinforcing Tempe’s position as a center for advanced technology and manufacturing, according to the release.
Peggy Maxwell, senior vice president and market leader for Kidder Mathews Asset Services in Arizona, said in the release that they are thrilled to work with NewStreet on this property and look forward to future collaboration with the group.
“This assignment reflects our continued focus on serving high-performance assets in key growth markets,” Maxwell said.
