Music Under the Stars is back on Friday, April 25, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Tempe Diablo Stadium. This free event brings together talented high school musicians and professional players for an evening of beautiful melodies and community spirit.
Bands from all six Tempe Union High Schools will perform alongside members of Arizona Wind Symphony, Tempe Winds and The Academy Drum and Bugle Corps, a city release stated
The lineup includes:
Corna del Sol Band & Steel Drum Band
Desert Vista Band & Steel Drum Band
Marcos de Niza Band & Mariachi Ensemble
McClintock Band
Mountain Pointe Band
Tempe High Band
The musical celebration blends old and new favorites, ending with a spectacular fireworks show lighting up the grand finale. Guests can grab a bite from food trucks and concessions stands while enjoying the tunes, and free parking is available.
This special event is made possible through a partnership between Tempe Community Arts, Tempe Union High School District, Arizona Wind Symphony, Tempe Winds and The Academy.
