The 4th annual Tempe Jam takes place at Tempe Sports Complex, 8401 S. Hardy Drive, on Saturday, Nov. 16, from 6 to 9 p.m.

This free family-friendly music celebration event highlights local bands and musicians who live, work or play in Tempe, a city release explained. Don’t miss energetic performances by local powerhouses Phoenix Afrobeat Orchestra and Jerusafunk.

Check out art activities, food trucks and a beer/wine garden presented in partnership with the Tempe Diablos. Plus, the first 700 attendees get a limited-edition free event t-shirt designed by local artist Champ Styles, according to the release.
