Two new agents have associated with the Tempe/Ahwatukee office of Coldwell Banker Realty as affiliate agents.
Kelvin Dear and Oscar Villado-Cano are the new affiliate agents joining the local office, according to a press release.
Previously, Dear worked as a financial professional with Prudential Insurance Company. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from Southern New Hampshire University.
“My background in the financial sector will be a great asset as I work in the real estate industry,” Dear said in the release.
Villado-Cano previously worked for the Office of Institutional Advancement at Mesa Community College. He said in the release that he chose to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because of the resources and support that they offer.
“I chose to get into real estate because of my passion for helping people find their perfect home and building strong communities,” Villado-Cano said. “Being a part of one of the most important decisions in someone's life, while using my expertise to guide them through the process, is incredibly rewarding.”
