Tania Katan will be bringing her unique take on creativity, activism and outside the box thinking to Tempe for a special author event in celebration of the re-print of her book “Creative Trespassing: How to Put the Spark and Joy Back Into Your Work and Life.”
The award-winning author, creativity expert and dynamic speaker will be at Changing Hands Bookstore on March 13 at 7 p.m.
Katan’s award winning book is peppered with stories of her own shenanigans — from organizing “arm wrestling for art” while she was the program coordinator at the Scottsdale Contemporary Museum of Art to staging a corporate culture intervention via sticky notes — and lessons from the rule-breaking exploits of artists, change makers and business leaders alike, a press release stated.
“Creative Trespassing” is a rollicking, uninhibited guide to using creativity as fuel for a freer and more joyful life, according to the release, and Katan is the guide to help take people through the exercises to get there.
