ASU Online adds 22 new programs

Come this fall, Arizona State University will add 22 new degree programs to its growing online education roster.

The new programs bring the total ASU Online offerings to over 300, the university announced in a news release. The total enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year was more than 82,000 and over 11,500 graduated from online programs.

Some of the new programs, which include both undergraduate and graduate degrees, include Master of Science degrees in addiction psychology and biological data science, as well as a Bachelor of Science in health care administration and policy, and a Master of Arts in special education (applied behavior analysis).

Students from ASU's Barrett, the Honors College are now enrolled in online programs, which also serve students in the Starbucks College Achievement Plan.

“Since the launch of ASU Online in 2010, it has been our goal to provide learners access to quality academic degree programs, in addition to the full university experience, regardless of their location or socioeconomic status,” said Phil Regier, university dean for educational initiatives and CEO of EdPlus, in a statement.
