Work has begun on the ECHO P132 industrial complex at 132nd and Peoria avenues in Surprise.
Mayor Skip Hall was among the group the put shovels in the ground at an official ceremony on Nov. 2.
General contractor Premier Design + Build Group made a contribution of $5,000 to the Surprise Youth Foundation, which President Jim Conner accepted at the ceremonies at 10700 N. 132nd Ave.
Plans call for four single-tenant industrial buildings totaling 182,610 square feet.
