DEVELOPMENT PROJECT NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Meeting regarding request for a rezone of 422 acres from the Buena Vista Ranch planned area development and rural residential zoning districts to a combination of residential low density, residential medium density, residential high density, open space conservation, and general industrial zoning districts. 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28 at Willow Canyon High School, 17901 W. Lundberg St.

DESERT RURAL ZONING DISTRICT COMMUNITY MEETING

This meeting is part of a series of neighborhood meetings to help gather community input regarding a city-initiated effort to establish a new residential zoning district within Surprise. 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29 at Asante Library Program Room, 16755 W. Vereda Solana Drive.

NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Meeting regarding a zoning text amendment to the Surprise Land Development Ordinance to create a land use category for battery energy storage systems and hazardous materials and to create associated use standards. 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30 at Surprise City Hall Overflow Room, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.

City councilmembers Patrick Duffy, Jack Hastings and Chris Judd host a joint community meeting for Districts 3, 5 and 6, respectively. 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1 at O.H.S.O. Brewery, 13434 N. Prasada Parkway.
