DEVELOPMENT PROJECT NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Meeting regarding two conditional use permits within the Truman Ranch Marketplace PAD. This includes one CUP for a daycare facility in the northwestern portion of the PAD area and a second CUP for a Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers adjacent to Cotton Lane. 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 7 at Sunset Hills Elementary School, 17825 W. Sierra Montana Loop.

DEVELOPMENT PROJECT NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Meeting regarding a conditional use permit with site plan for the construction of 52 dwelling units on approximately vacant 3.36 acres located at the northeast corner of Paradise Lane and Church Street. 6 p.m. Thursday, June 8 at Surprise Regional Library, 16089 N. Bullard Ave.
