Registration for Surprise City Court Academy is now open for ninth- through 12th-grade students interested in learning more about the criminal justice system and gaining insights into the fields of law and government.

CCA runs from January through May, with meetings twice a month from 3:30 to 5 p.m. The program offers a curriculum of structured real-world experiences, including mock trials and observing cases at the Arizona Supreme Court.

Participants will also have the opportunity to work closely with professionals at Surprise City Court, including judges, attorneys, police personnel and other key court staff. This exclusive access helps inspire and prepare students for careers in law while also serving to educate them on the local justice system.

Through this interactive process, CCA aims to help young people learn more about justice, freedom, responsibility, equality and authority. This experience is designed to help participants develop into mature, responsible and productive community members.

To enroll, visit this page, fill out the Student Registration and Parent Acknowledgment Form and email it to lord
