The 10,000-square-foot space will provide views of Asante Community Park and the White Tank Mountains.

Services include self-check kiosks; adult, children and teen areas; a multipurpose room for a variety of programming and story time; public access computers and wireless printing capabilities. It will also be the first city library to offer meeting and study rooms.

The Surprise libraries operate through a partnership between the City of Surprise and Maricopa County. MCLD also operates the city’s other two libraries, Northwest Regional Library, 16089 N. Bullard Ave. and Hollyhock Library, 15844 N. Hollyhock St.
