Surprise residents can drop in for aquatic classes

Surprise residents can drop in for aquatic classes

This month the Surprise Aquatics Center offers adult lap swim, both deep water and shallow water aerobics, and a new paddle yoga fitness class for ages 15 and up.

  • Adult Lap Swim: Participants are allowed to register for one hour per day, Monday through Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. or 7 to 8 p.m. The cost is $2 for residents, $5 for non-residents.
  • Deep Water Aerobics: This class has already started. Participants can register for any day, from 6:15 to 7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays.
  • Shallow Water Aerobics: This class has already started. Participants can register for any day, Monday through Thursday from 7:15 to 8 p.m.
  • Paddle Yoga will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, May 2.

The cost is $25 for residents and $45 for non-residents. The class is made for everyone from beginners to seasoned practiconers.
