Surprise P&Z approves rezoning for Bungalows project

The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission approved rezoning some land south of Bell Road to make room for the Bungalows at Mountain Vista Ranch project.

The Commission voted 4-2 to change 11.2 acres from Community Commercial to High Density Residential.

The project would include a street extension of Sunrise Boulevard from Bell Road to Vista Ranch Road and more than 300 units that resemble the Christopher Todd rentals at Litchfield and Greenway roads.
