Surprise, New Leaf team for housing assistance
Those eligible can benefit up to 24 months

The Surprise Neighborhood Services Division has partnered with A New Leaf, a nonprofit housing assistance provider, to offer rental assistance to eligible Surprise residents for up to 24 months.
Rental assistance may include Housing Case Management, assistance with finding a qualified unit, and Housing Quality Standards inspections.
To be eligible, applicants must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, meet program income qualifications, and must currently reside in, work in, or have children attending school in Surprise.
