The city of Surprise announced its three libraries will be open on most holidays.
Patrons can use the Asante, Hollyhock and Surprise Regional libraries with limited hours on city-observed holidays, except Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Holiday hours at the Regional and Asante libraries are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Hollyhock is 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Only the Surprise Regional Library will be open on Christmas Eve, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Surprise Regional Library is at 16089 N. Bullard Ave. Asante Library is at 16755 W. Vereda Solana Drive. Hollyhock Library is at 15844 N. Hollyhock St.
