Surprise development meeting set for zoning change

A development project neighborhood meeting has been called for a possible zone change to allow a multi-family residential project at the southwest corner of Mountain View Boulevard and White Horse Trail.

It’s scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11 at Marriott Hotel, 16418 N. Bullard Ave.

The applicant wants to change nearly 13 acres from community commercial to high density residential.

The meeting will be held in person and virtually.
