DEVELOPMENT PROJECT NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Meeting regarding request for a rezone of one undeveloped parcel, totaling approximately 4.93 gross acres, to change the existing zoning from Sierra Verde planned area development, with an underlying zoning of commercial, to residential medium density with a PUD overlay. The PUD overlay aims to modify development standards, most specifically a modification of setbacks, for a townhome product located on the southwest corner of Greenway Road and 140th Drive. 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19 at West Point Elemenary School, 13700 W. Greenway Road.

City Councilmember Johnny V. Melton hosts his monthly meeting for constituents in District 4, which includes the Original Town Site. 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19 at Sun Village Ocotillo Room, 17300 N. Sun Village Pkwy.

City Councilmember Chris Judd hosts a bi-monthly meeting for constituents in District 6, which covers the southeast portion of Surprise. 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19 at Tap House Sports Grill, 13699 N. Litchfield Road.

DEVELOPMENT PROJECT NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Meeting regarding request for a conditional use permit with site plan for the construction of a 3,500-square-foot bank with a drive-thru window located near the southwest corner of Cactus Road and Sarival Avenue. 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25 at Hilton Garden Inn, 16601 N. Stadium Way.

City Councilmember Nick Haney hosts his monthly meeting for his constituents in District 1. 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27 at Asante Library, 16755 W. Vereda Solana Drive.
