The city of Surprise Economic Development Department is teaming up with the Arizona Small Business Association to support the Surprise small business community.
In recognition of the continued small business recovery process as result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Surprise small businesses are invited to sign up for a free year of ASBA membership now through May 10 at asba.com/surprise.
“I remain optimistic about the small business economic recovery efforts underway, and the new ways that ASBA can continue to support small business statewide,” said Debbie Hann, chief operating officer of ASBA. “We’re thrilled to partner with the city of Surprise to assist and support the city in providing the resources and tools that are necessary for small business to recover and thrive in 2021.”
An ASBA membership for Surprise small businesses provides innumerable benefits, including connections to thought leaders and entrepreneurs throughout the state, business education opportunities, professional connections, mentors, marketing tools, access to data, discounted business benefits, and advocacy for a pro-business environment.
The innovative partnership with the Surprise small business community was developed with the city’s Economic Development Department, which has implemented a number of small business assistance initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The mission of ASBA is to foster and empower a thriving Arizona small business community by offering relevant, dynamic and innovative resources and the highest levels of advocacy as the voice of small business in Arizona.
