During COVID-19 precautions where social distancing is a must, especially for seniors and those with certain underlying conditions, Sun Health Wellness, 14719 W. Grand Ave., Building B, Surprise, is offering wellness classes to all Valley residents online at no cost. Registration is not required.

Meditation and Managing Anxiety
2-3 p.m. Every Monday, starting April 13
About: During uncertain times increased anxiety is not uncommon. Sun Health is dedicated to partner with residents by providing complimentary weekly sessions focused on meditation, mindfulness and reducing anxiety. Join Barbara Mason as she guides in finding peace of mind.
