Short agenda for June 4 Surprise P&Z meeting

The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission is meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 4 with a short agenda on tap.

The commission will tackle a comprehensive sign program item for the newe Abrazo Surprise Hospital at Loop 303 and Bell Road.

Possible action on a zoning change in the Mesquite Mountain Ranch planned area development, a preliminary plat in Heritage Asante and another one for the Sycamore Farms subdivision are also on the agenda.

Because public meetings are still closed to in-public participation, the meeting can be viewed live online and comments can be submitted via email prior to the meeting.
